How long does shipping take?+
Standard arrives in 3–6 business days ($7, free over $100). Express arrives in 1–3 business days ($18). Every order gets a tracking number by email.
What's your return policy?+
Return anything unworn, unwashed and tagged within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Full returns policy.
How do I exchange for a different size?+
Email us with your order number and the size you need. We ship the new size as soon as the original is scanned by the carrier — no extra shipping.
How does the sizing run?+
Training pieces fit close, recovery pieces fit relaxed. Each product page has its own fit note, and the size guide has body measurements.
Will the cotton shrink?+
Our cotton pieces are pre-shrunk. Wash cold and tumble dry low and they'll hold their size.
What does V.01, V.02 mean?+
Every product is numbered. When we improve one, it gets a new number — so you always know which version you own.
What will show on my card statement?+
Your statement will show NEXTSELF.
Is checkout secure?+
Every page is served over 256-bit SSL, and card details go into PCI-compliant secure fields that never touch our servers. Your bank may ask you to verify some purchases.
What currency are prices in?+
All prices are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD).
Do you ship internationally?+
Not yet — we ship to all 50 US states, including APO/FPO addresses.
