Shipping

Rates and times

Standard shipping is $7 and arrives in 3–6 business days. It is free on orders of $100 or more.

Express shipping is $18 and arrives in 1–3 business days.

Orders placed before 1:00pm on a business day leave the same day. Orders placed after that, or on a weekend or holiday, leave the next business day.

Tracking

As soon as your order leaves, we email you a tracking number from the carrier.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the 50 United States, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses (standard shipping only). We do not ship internationally yet.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, or a parcel arrives damaged, email support@nextselfapparel.com with your order number. We'll chase the carrier and, if it can't be found, send a replacement or a full refund — your choice.
