Returns & refunds
Return anything unworn, unwashed and with its tags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Email support@nextselfapparel.com with your order number to start a return. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the return arriving; your bank may take 3–10 more days to show it.
What can be returned
Any item that is unworn, unwashed and has its original tags attached, within 30 days of delivery.
Socks can be returned only in their unopened pack, for hygiene reasons.
How to return
Email support@nextselfapparel.com with your order number and the items you're returning. We'll reply within one business day with a prepaid return label. Return shipping is free on your first return per order.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of your return arriving with us. We'll email you when it's issued. Your bank may take a further 3–10 business days to show it.
Original shipping charges are refunded if the return is because of our mistake or a faulty item.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Tell us when you start the return and we'll ship the new size as soon as the original is scanned by the carrier, at no shipping cost.
Faulty items
If something arrives faulty or fails from a manufacturing defect within 90 days, email support@nextselfapparel.com with a photo. We'll replace or refund it, including shipping.
